Ana Paula Oliveira, born in Campinas Sao Paulo on May 26 1977. Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009), and A Indomada (1997) are among her many credits as an actor. Ana Paula Oliveira is a Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime part of the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. She joined in March of 2020. She manages the Assassination Witness Project and is an integral part of GI-TOC's multilateral engagement. As part of her role with GI TOC, she focuses on disappearances, assassinations and other violence of all forms in relation to illicit economics. Her research interests encompass the effect of organised crime on human and humanitarian rights as well as legislation and policies. Ana Paula has an LL.M. in cum laude (with the highest distinction) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also holds an LL.M. on Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with an MAGNACUM LOVE degree in Legal Science as well as Social Sciences. Her legal experience has included four years of practicing in a law firm that specialises in litigation involving public law. Other past experience includes assisting in non-governmental organisations with their headquarters at Rio de Janeiro.
